Kids Love This Event
This is one of the biggest fund-raisers for the Emek PTA. The kids love this one because they get to directly participate in raising money for the school, and they get some great exercise as a bonus! Put on your running shoes and come join your kids. All parents are welcome to come and walk/run with their kids.
Fundraising Goals
In order to meet our fundraising goals, we will be relying on friends and relatives both near and far. The funds generated from this event will help to pay for activities and programs which help enrich the education of all of our students.

PTA Walk/Jog–A-Thon Goals
• To promote a safe environment which advocates character development and the social and emotional development of students in an effort to create a culture of respect, accountability, and a shared sense of community and school pride.
• To provide support for teachers and staff so that they are able to deliver the highest quality education possible to their students.
• To establish Emek as a community where parent participation is valued and opportunities for involvement are made available to all.
